VoisinMalin is an association created in 2010 that operates in underprivileged neighborhoods to strengthen residents’ ability to take action and rebuild connections among themselves and with institutions. In their neighborhoods, through door-to-door outreach, the “smart neighbors” (Voisins malins) listen, inform, and engage residents on topics, projects, services, and rights that concern them—yet often go unused due to lack of information, a feeling of illegitimacy, or mistrust of institutions.

Working in partnership with local stakeholders, Voisins malins—employees of the association—help improve relations with residents and adapt public services to their needs by providing precise insights into people’s realities, needs, and barriers.

Massajobs’ mission is to build a bridge between underserved neighborhoods and businesses. Through their seminar “La vie en grand” (“Living Life to the Fullest”), focused on self-awareness, they help vulnerable individuals regain momentum.

Their goal is to encourage participants to truly see themselves — their strengths but also their vulnerabilities — and to rediscover a peaceful relationship with themselves and others. The seminar explores themes such as forgiveness, ambition, and aspiration. It creates a space for active listening among participants and fosters a welcoming atmosphere of connection and trust between people from diverse backgrounds.

At Lazare, we have good news for you: resignation is not the solution!

In 2006, three young people decided to move in with people living on the street. From this first successful shared housing experience, others have been born across France and abroad. Today, there are more than 250 of us around the world sharing this way of life.

At Lazare, we choose to live together to build friendship and trusting relationships.

Assopreneur·e is a non-profit organization (under French law 1901) serving the public interest, which supports “Assopreneurs” in changing the world through the power of the non-profit sector.

For us, the non-profit model is the ideal vehicle to help restore balance to the planet through actions for the common good directed toward others: the planet itself, minerals, plants, animals, and human beings.

It shouldn’t be this hard to make our organizations sustainable — and even harder to create jobs.
